Destinies aligned at the University of Miami as Laura Maya and Silvana Penayo embarked on their Master's Degree journey in International Law. Their connection deepened when they joined forces at a boutique law firm, specializing in Real Estate Transactions.

We proudly introduce Silvana Penayo—an accomplished attorney with a truly international perspective. Born in Paraguay – South America, Silvana Penayo and her family emigrated to Monaco located on the border with France and Italy. Silvana lived in Monaco for almost 15 years before moving to Miami, Florida. Silvana studied law in the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis for four years, where she earned a Master's Degree in Business Law and graduated with honors.

Silvana Penayo's expertise shines from her time at Zabaldano Law Firm in Monaco. Working in real estate department, Silvana gained experience in real estate transaction in this Monegasque law firm distinguished by its recognition in Legal 500, Chambers, and Leaders League.

Born in Medellin, Colombia with a distinguished lineage of legal professionals, Laura Maya's journey into the world of law began in her home country, where she graduated with honors from EAFIT University and was granted a prestigious scholarship to pursue studies in the United States of America.

Laura moved to Miami and earned a Master's Degree in International Law. This experience not only broadened her horizons but also equipped her with the tools to navigate complex international legal matters. While living in Colombia, she spent years navigating international deals and subsequently delved into the banking sector working with Grupo Aval, the Largest Banking group in Latin America, adding another layer to her expertise. After coming to the United States, she has brought her excellent skills stateside, enriching her understanding of both nations' real estate landscapes.
